Oggi 3 Giugno NZXT lancia la sua nuova scheda madre per CPU Intel di undicesima generazione. Il percorso del noto produttore ha buttato le basi per avere delle build quasi totalmente monomarca, infatti a breve vedremo sempre di più proposte già assemblate. Quindi avere una propria scheda madre per socket è fondamentale per una integrazione completa e a 360 gradi dell’hardware e del software.

Come per ogni cosa la nuova N7 Z590 è migliore sotto tutti i punti di vista rispetto a quella di precedente generazione. L’attenzione nella qualità dell’hardware è salita sensibilmente, troviamo infatti un PCB a 6 layers, quindi più spesso che garantisce meno problemi elettrici. Troviamo un design a 12 + 2 fasi, molto più ponderato alla gestione degli i9 che come sappiamo sono abbastanza avidi di risorse. E ovviamente non mancano tutte le cose introdotte con il chipset Z590, tra cui le tante attese PCIe 4.0 che raddoppiano la banda passante garantendo performance eccezionali. Solo grazie ad esse infatti è possibile utilizzare i velocissimi NVME di ultima generazione che garantiscono performance e tempi d’accesso da paura.

La nostra scheda madre conserva il design del precedente modello, che a nostro avviso è un bene, trattandosi di una scheda unica nel suo genere. L’aspetto si sposa perfettamente con i prodotti NZXT e non è ovviamente un caso, come vi anticipavo in precedenza. Presto sicuramente cominceremo a testare per voi anche build complete del noto produttore.

Torniamo a noi, di seguito troverete tutte le caratteristiche del prodotto. Poi daremo uno sguardo sotto la scocca e ovviamente un poco di test.

Why did we design the N7 Z590?

Our goal with the N7 is to create a seamless experience for PC gaming and building so that our customers can get the most out of their systems. That is why we chose to work with ASRock as our vendor that started with the N7 Z490 and now updated with the Z590 chipset.  ASRock worked with us to ensure we were able to create a motherboard that supports the latest Intel 11th and 10th CPUs with the proper connectivity and strong BIOS support.

The N7 is designed to provide builders with a simple building experience. Like the N7 Z490 before it, we worked to ensure that placement for essential ports are easily accessible for building and that we gave gamers the ideal specifications that they need to have an optimal experience. Additionally, the N7 Z590 heightens the aesthetics of a build with its metal cover so that it can easily bring out the beauty of one’s build. Finally, the N7 Z590 provides users with the ability to easily control their fan curves and lighting profiles with NZXT CAM so that they can tune their system for their needs.

La confezione è realmente molto simile a quella che abbiamo avuto di spacchettare con il modello precedente. In Bundle c’è il necessario per il corretto funzionamento di un intero PC.

La connettività posteriore è molto completa.

Il design della scheda madre è identico a quello visto sulle altre schede madri NZXT, questa grande cover copre tutto quello che non è bello ed interessante permettendoci di avere una superficie pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli.

La cover lascia a vista solo i connettori che sono tutti posizionati con perizia o nella zona bassa o nella zona alta. Fatta eccezione per USB 3.0, USB C, Sata e 24 pin che si trovano sulla destra incastonati perfettamente nel design della scheda madre.

Il connettore 16X per la scheda video principale è rinforzato per far fronte al peso crescente delle schede video. Gli altri connettori invece sono normali, troviamo un secondo connettore 16X e tre PCIe 1X, ottimi per schede di espansione e schede audio.

Sono due gli M.2, di cui uno PCIe 4.0. Si accede a questi sollevando le apposite cover. Anche queste sono sono dei dissipatori ma delle semplici cover, quindi se montate degli NVME vi consiglio di utilizzare sempre un dissipatore in metallo se non vi viene fornito in dotazione. Tali memorie tendono a scaldare.

Siamo giunti alla fine della nostra recensione.

Possiamo sicuramente affermare che a questo giro il prodotto si muove decisamente meglio della precedente generazione. L’idea di stabilità e i voltaggi corretti ne sono sicuramente testimonianza.
La scheda madre già a stock opera in modo perfetto e non ha avuto problemi a prendere in XMP Kit da 4133 Mhz.

Questo significa che aver optato per un PCB migliorato, con reparto d’alimentazione migliore ha sicuramente portato dei vantaggi significativi che si ripercuotono in frequenze maggiori e più stabili sia con la serie 10 che 11 di intel.

La scheda madre non è sicuramente un prodotto che punta all’overclock, ma lo permette e riesce indicativamente a stare nella media delle performance che ci si aspetta. L’obiettivo di NZXT con al sua N7 Z590 è offrire un prodotto che abbia un ottima integrazione con CAM, permettendo di sfruttare a pieno l’ecosistema creato dal produttore.

Da questo punto di vista l’obiettivo è raggiunto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il famoso ecosistema funziona e si migliora sempre di più. Magari a breve avremo anche memorie, periferiche d’archiviazione e GPU marcate NZXT.

Per adesso ci limitiamo ad immaginare. Assegniamo cinque stelle ad un prodotto ben fatto e che ha come prezzo 279.99 dollari, che visto il socket è ponderato a quanto offerto.
