HyperOS 4 Global. Xiaomi has launched the global distribution of HyperOS 4, with OTA updates starting to arrive on the first compatible devices from this moment. The company simultaneously published the official release calendar, which includes Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO smartphones and tablets until the end of the year.

For those waiting for the new interface outside of China, this is the most anticipated moment. The calendar divides models into three waves, from the latest flagships to devices from previous generations, allowing users to have a precise idea of the expected timing for their device.
HyperOS 4 Global: why it matters
The global version of HyperOS 4 will be distributed in phases: Xiaomi explains that eligible users will receive the update gradually starting from this moment and invites them to report any issues via the Services and Feedback apps. The calendar is organized into three periods: early November, mid-November and December 2026. The indicated dates are indicative.
According to Xiaomi, the program is an estimate that may vary depending on the region, mobile carrier, specific model and development progress. The order of listed models does not correspond to the actual release order.

The new interface is based on Android 17, but some devices will receive it while retaining Android 16, as already happened with HyperOS 3.
Not all features will be available on all models: the complete experience of the new Soft Light Glass graphic style is designed primarily for devices with Snapdragon 8 Elite, Dimensity 9500 or XRING O1 chips and later. All novelties are described in the HyperOS 4 in-depth article.
